Thank you to those parents who have returned their ‘Parent Homework’sheets.’ This enables us to better understand your child and to gage our teaching as well as focus on your child’s interests and needs.
Our maths focus this week!
We have begun using our morning work folders, which allow the students to become engaged as soon as they are organised for the school day. Our focus for maths this week was ordering days of the week and months of the year so we integrated this into our morning work folders.

We all worked hard today to get the classroom organised and to get to know one another. We enjoyed sharing our holiday experiences and things about ourselves. Children were each given a ‘Me Bag’ as their homework this week as well as a home reader. We also included a parent information pack which included valuable information about our classroom and important updates
.
